What each review covers

Every review follows the same structure, so you can compare tools side by side. It starts with the verdict and who the tool suits, then walks through how each job works in the product: listing a unit, taking applications, screening, signing the lease, collecting rent, handling maintenance and keeping the books.

The fee section does the math for you. It prices the plan you’d actually need at 1, 5 and 20 units and lists what tenants pay for bank and card payments and what applicants pay for screening. Every figure shows the date we last checked it against the vendor’s pricing page.

Each review also carries a test-status note. Our hands-on account tests are under way, and until a tool’s test is done, its score is provisional and built from vendor pricing and documentation. Screenshots and timings are added as each test finishes.
